Permit, according to the procedure of exception, to the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan to sign direct agreements with the State unitary enterprise "Training Center on Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel in the field of Intellectual Property" on performance of works and rendering the services performed by it according to its charter.
