1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of farmers of Uzbekistan and the Interdepartmental commission on coordination of works and to the operational solution of questions on providing program implementation of the further upgrade of technical and technology rearmament of agricultural production for 2012 - 2016 (further - the Interdepartmental commission) formed by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 21, 2012 No. PP-1758, about joint carrying out from June 3 to June 6, 2014 in Tashkent based on the stand spaces of JSC NVK Uzekspotsentr:

The IX International specialized exhibition sale of mini-technologies and the compact equipment for agro-industrial complex of the republic "Uzbekistan Agrominitech Expo-2014" (further - the Uzbekistan Agrominitech Expo-2014 exhibition);

2. Determine that the stand spaces in JSC NVK Uzekspotsentr are provided to participants of exhibitions on a grant basis, and the construction of exhibition stands and provision of the additional exhibition equipment and services are performed according to the established standard rates.

3. Approve:

thematic plans of holding exhibitions according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2;

the standard scenario of holding daily thematic seminars in film lecture hall of JSC NVK Uzekspotsentr, with the organization of the presentations of representatives of the domestic and foreign companies for farms, agricultural firms, subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship with assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan during the period from June 3 to June 6, 2014 within the exhibitions, according to appendix No. 3;

the schedule of visit of exhibitions by heads of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, cities and areas of the republic, representatives of farms, agricultural firms, subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship from all regions of the republic, and also fixing of responsible persons for stay of participants of exhibition from regions in Tashkent according to appendix No. 4.

To organizing committee for the organization and the holding the International specialized exhibition sale of mini-technologies and the compact equipment for agro-industrial complex of the republic created by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2006 No. PP-449 "About measures for the organization of holding the international specialized exhibition sale of mini-technologies and the compact equipment for agricultural industry" together with the Interdepartmental commission, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan to carry out active promotional and informational and organizational work on attraction to participation in exhibitions of leaders of global and domestic manufacturers of mini-technologies and the compact equipment for production and conversion of agricultural products, and also agricultural machinery, machines and the equipment.

5. 6. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, cities and areas together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Council of farmers of Uzbekistan:

8. Resolve business entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the procedure of exception, acquisition of agricultural machinery, machines and the equipment under the contracts signed within the Uzbekistan Agrotechmash Expo-2014 exhibition without holding tenders.
