Regulations of the state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for Implementation of Type of Activity on the Organization and Carrying Out Lotteries"

1. General provisions

1. The state service appears the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sport and physical culture (further - the service provider) according to the standard of the state service "Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for Implementation of Type of Activity on the Organization and Carrying Out Lotteries" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 19, 2014 No. 116 (further - the standard).

Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Service center of the population" of Committee on control of automation of the state services and coordination of activities of service centers of the population of the Ministry of transport and communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - TsON);

2) consideration within 30 minutes management of the service provider and the direction for consideration to the director of the department of infrastructure of sport and coordination of gaming;

3) consideration within 30 minutes by the director of the department of infrastructure of sport and coordination of gaming and the direction for consideration to the deputy director of department of infrastructure of sport and coordination of gaming;

4) consideration within 30 minutes by the deputy director of department of infrastructure of sport and coordination of gaming and the direction for consideration to the chief of the department of gaming and licensing;

5) consideration within 30 minutes by the chief of the department of gaming and licensing of request and the documents attached to it on compliance to qualification requirements and the direction to their executive in charge of gaming and licensing;

6) check within one working day by the executive in charge of management of gaming and licensing on reliability of the submitted documents, and also on compliance to the list specified in Item 9 of the standard in case of incompleteness and (or) unauthenticity, the submitted documents forming of the motivated answer about refusal;

7) signing by the head of the service provider of the motivated answer about refusal;

8) the direction the executive in charge of management of gaming and licensing within two working days from the moment of receipt of request of the motivated answer with reasons for causes of failure to uslugopoluchatel;

9) in case of completeness of the submitted documents, preparation by the executive in charge of management of gaming and licensing within three working days of the order about licensing, or about renewal of the license;
