1. Approve enclosed:

2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 1, 2012 No. 1392 "About approval of standards of the state services in the sphere of land relations, geodesy and cartography and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2010 No. 745 "About approval of the register of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2012, Art. No. 77-78, 1136);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2013 No. 722 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 1, 2012 No. 1392 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of land resources and local executive bodies in the sphere of land relations, geodesy and cartography and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2010 No. 745 "About approval of the register of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2013, No. 42, the Art. 618).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of Permission to Carrying Out Aero Film-making Works"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Permission to Carrying Out Aero Film-making Works" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears the Management committee land resources of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Documents acceptance and issue of results of the state service are performed through office of the service provider.

2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package to the service provider - 25 (twenty five) working days;

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

5. Form of rendering the state service: paper.

6. Result of rendering the state service - permission to carrying out aero film-making works, according to appendix 1 to this standard of the state service.

7. The state service is rendered free of charge to physical persons and legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel).

Appeal of decisions, actions (failure to act) of the Ministry, the service provider and (or) his officials, concerning rendering the state services: the claim is submitted addressed to the head of the service provider to the address specified in Item 12 of this standard of the state service or addressed to the head of the Ministry of the address: city of Astana, Ulitsa Orynbor, house 8, No. entrance 11, No. office 441, phone: 8 (7172) 74-18-16.

Claims are accepted in writing by mail or purposely through office of the service provider or the Ministry.

11. In disagreement cases with results of the rendered state service the uslugopoluchatel has the right to take a legal action in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. The state service "Issue of Permission to Demolition or Relaying (Transfer) of Geodetic Items" (further - the state service).
