These rules establish procedure for decision making about preparation and realization of budget investments in the form of capital investments in capital construction projects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation and (or) in acquisition of real estate units in state-owned property of the Russian Federation (further respectively - capital construction projects, real estate units) by budget funds of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation (further respectively - Fund, the decision).
