Questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Research institution of cardiology and internal diseases" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company) by accession to it of the republican state state company "Republican Center of Allergology" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Determine the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23.09.2014 No. 1005

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
