1. Approve the List of new medical equipment, the components, spare parts and consumable materials to medical equipment exempted when importing till January 1, 2018 from customs payments (except for charges for customs clearance), according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 8, 2008 No. 94 "About approval of the List of the new medical equipment exempted when importing from customs payments".
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
