About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land to executive body of the government of the city of Tursunzoda

According to Articles 26 (1), 29 and 30 Land codes of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Withdraw from lands of Dehkan farms of the city of Tursunzoda total area of 16,88 of hectare, including: 15,78 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,95 under arykam and 0,15 of hectare under roads and to provide them to executive body of the government of the city of Tursunzoda for resettlement of citizens from the inundated area of Rogunsky hydroelectric power station of Nurobodsky district.

2. Perform seizure of land the following procedure:

- from lands of Dehkan economy "Abdurashid from" Ploshchad 3,11 of hectare, from them: 3,0 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,08 under arykam and 0,03 of hectare under roads;

- from lands of Dehkan economy "A. Mirzoyev" Ploshchad 5,86 of hectare, from them: 5,04 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,76 under arykam and 0,06 of hectare under roads;

- from lands of Dehkan economy Sanobar Ploshchad 2,25 of hectare, from them: 2,20 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,03 under arykam and 0,02 of hectare under roads;

- from lands of Dehkan economy "Tochikhon it" Ploshchad 3,76 of hectare, from them: 3,64 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland, hectare 0,08 under arykam and 0,04 of hectare under roads;

- from lands of Dehkan economy Dzhakhongir Ploshchad 1,90 of hectare of the irrigated ploughland.

3. To executive body of the government of the city of Tursunzoda:

- according to Article 41 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan before withdrawal of the parcel of land to compensate losses of the land user in full;

- to perform provision of the parcel of land on condition of not reduction of irrigation ploughland of agricultural turnover of the area;

- offer Dehkan farms of the city instead of the withdrawn lands the equivalent parcels of land;

- to make provision of lands for personal plots after cleaning of the grown-up harvest.

4. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to land and cadastral documentation.
