1. 2. 3. Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan to implement through the public biddings which are in operational management of JSC Oniks social objects according to the list, according to appendix No. 2.

4. In a month in accordance with the established procedure to transfer by JSC Oniks together with JSC Uzeltekhsanoat to khokimiyat of the Tashkent region JSC Oniks which is in operational management the children's recreation camp "Nurafshon" located in Bostanlyksky district on current status.

5. To khokimiyat of the Tashkent region to accept children's recreation camp "Nurafshon" and in a month together with Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make offers on its further effective use in the Cabinet of Ministers.

6. JSC Uzeltekhsanoat together with the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan in three-months time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on creation based on the case No. 1 of JSC Oniks of modern production, with determination of sources of financing of the project.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan U. U. Rozukulov.
