Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Federal Law

This Federal Law determines features of legal regulation of the relations in the field of education in connection with acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol.

Article 2. Compliance of educational and educational and qualification levels

1. The educational levels established in the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol about day of acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea (further - day of acceptance), are equated to the education levels, the established Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation", in the following procedure:

1) the primary general education - to the primary general education;

2) basic general secondary education - to the main general education;

3) complete general secondary education - to the secondary general education;

4) vocational training - to the secondary professional education got according to programs of training of skilled workers, employees;

5) incomplete higher education - to the secondary professional education got according to programs of training of specialists of average link;

6) basic higher education - to the higher education - bachelor degree;

7) complete higher education - to the higher education - specialist programme or magistracy.
