1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on accreditation on the right of maintaining hunting economy.

Regulations on accreditation on the right of maintaining hunting economy

1. This Provision is developed according to Item 23 of Rules of maintaining hunting economy and the hunting approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 8, 2005 No. 580 "About some measures for increase in efficiency of maintaining hunting economy and fishing activities, enhancement of public administration by them" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 196, 1/6996; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.12.2013, 1/14679). 2. The user of hunting grounds once in five years undergoes accreditation.

Accreditation is performed by the Ministry of forestry together with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the State inspectorate of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus and regional executive committees.

3. Accreditation - activities of state bodies for establishment of compliance of opportunities of users of hunting grounds (technical, personnel and others) and their okhotokhozyaystvenny activities to requirements of this provision and other acts of the legislation on protection and use of fauna.

4. Accreditation is carried out after four years nine months from the moment of the conclusion by the user of hunting grounds of the lease agreement of hunting grounds or its previous accreditation, except as specified, specified in part two of this Item.

The users of hunting grounds who signed lease agreements of hunting grounds till June 26, 2014 undergo accreditation according to the schedule of accreditation approved by the Minister of forestry or the deputy authorized by it.
