About some questions of provision of credit reports

Based on the paragraph of the fourth of Article 4, of part two of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 "About credit stories", the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus

1. Establish forms of the credit reports provided by National Bank:

1.1. to the user of credit history:

the credit report "Standard — Physical Person" according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

the credit report "Standard — the Legal Entity" according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

the credit report "Expanded — Physical Person" according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

the credit report "Expanded — the Legal Entity" according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

the credit report "Summary — Physical Persons" according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

the credit report "Summary — Legal Entities" according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

1.2. to the subject of credit history:

the credit report "Complete — Physical Person" according to appendix 7 to this resolution;

the credit report "Complete — the Legal Entity" according to appendix 8 to this resolution.

2. For the purposes of this resolution the terms "subject of credit history", "user of credit history", "credit report" are used in the values determined by article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About credit stories" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 275, 2/1538).

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2009 No. 215 "About approval of forms of the credit reports provided by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 174, 8/21218).

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
