1. Set limits:

with the Russian Federation, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan - hundred meters wide;

on the specified sites where the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan directly along Frontier equips boundary of engineering constructions and obstacles, - to borders of the specified boundary;

2) quarantine strip, within borderland, up to fifty meters wide, but at least thirty meters;

3) border area:

with People's Republic of China - within the territory of administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Kazakhstan (areas) which are directly adjoining borderland;

with the Russian Federation, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan - within twenty five kilometers of the territory of the administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are directly adjoining borderland;

on the coast of the Caspian Sea - within twenty five kilometers of the territory adjoining coastal shallow.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 1993 No. 552 "About measures for ensuring accomplishment of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, No. 25, the Art. 306);

2) Items 1, 4 orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 22, 2005 No. 771 "About some questions of ensuring protection and protection of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 31, the Art. 409);
