3) standard of the state service "Attachment to the Medical Organization Giving Primary Health Care";

4) standard of the state service "Voluntary Anonymous and Obligatory Confidential Physical Examination on HIV Infection Availability";

5) standard of the state service "Issue of the Reference from Tubercular Dispensary";

6) standard of the state service "Issue of the Reference from Psychoneurological Dispensary";

7) standard of the state service "Issue of the Reference from Narcological Dispensary".

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2012 No. 1294 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of health care" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 74, the Art. 1080);

Standard of the state service "Challenge of the Doctor on the House"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Challenge of the Doctor on the House" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

The state service appears the medical organizations giving primary health care (the local therapist/district police officer the pediatrician/general practitioner) (further - the service provider) in case of the direct address or on telephone communication of uslugopoluchatel or his representative to the service provider, and also within unified information system of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the web portal of "the electronic government": www.egov.kz (further - the portal).
