b) bring in the software used by customs authorities of the Russian Federation when carrying out customs clearance, the changes provided by Rules;

c) develop for the customs authorities located in places of the international post exchange, the software allowing to exercise control of cost of the goods sent within one week to one receiver.

I. General provisions

1. These rules of customs clearance and customs control of the goods sent through customs border of the Russian Federation in the international mailings (further - Rules), are prepared according to the Customs code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 22, the Art. 2066), the Federal Law "About Mail Service" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, N 29, the Art. 3697), the Rules of rendering services of mail service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2005 N 221 (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 17, the Art. 1556) (further - Rules of rendering services of mail service), acts of Universal Postal Union and international treaties of the Russian Federation.
