About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land to executive body of the government of the city of Sarband

1. Withdraw from lands of Dehkan farms, the state forest fund, the state land inventory of the city of Sarband Ploshchad 59,92 of hectare, from them: 3,0 of hectare of bogharic ploughland, 56,92 of hectare of pastures and to provide them to executive body of the government of the city of Sarband of Khatlon Region for construction of apartment houses the person in need.

2. Perform seizure of land the following procedure:

- from lands of Dehkan economy Bokhturobod Ploshchad 5,52 of hectare of pastures;

- from lands of Dehkan economy "Ok - gas" Ploshchad 3,33 of hectare of pastures;

- from lands of the state forest fund Ploshchad 43,74 of hectare of pastures;

- from lands of the state land inventory Ploshchad 7,33 of hectare, from them 3,0 of hectare of bogharic ploughland and 4,33 of hectare of pastures.

3. To executive body of the government of the city of Sarband of Khatlon Region:

- instead of the withdrawn parcels of land to assign to Dehkan farms the equivalent parcels of land Ploshchad 8,85 of hectare;

- to make provision of lands for personal plots after cleaning of the grown-up harvest.

4. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to land and cadastral documentation.
