2. Establish the extreme number of employees of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 807 units (without service personnel), including central office in number of 79 units.
3. Permit the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to have three deputy ministers, including one first and to create board as a part of 9 people.
4. No. 536 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of 28.11.2023
5. To perform financing of central office and the bodies specified in the scheme of management of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of means of the republican budget.
6. To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time:
- develop provisions of the bodies specified in the scheme of management of the Ministry and submit the Governments of the Republic of Tajikistan for consideration;
- provide offers on modification and amendments to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
7. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 600 "About the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan".

1. The Ministry of Labour, migrations and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Ministry), is the central executive body of the government enabling development and the realization of single state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of work, migrations, the labor market, employment of the population, level of living of the population, primary professional education, training of adults and workmanship.
2. The ministry performs coordination of activities of the bodies determined in the scheme of management and the organizations of system.
3. In the activities the Ministry is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the constitutional laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, decisions of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan, and also this Provision.
4. The ministry performs the activities in interaction with the central executive bodies of the government, local executive bodies of the government, the international, public organizations and other organizations.
5. The ministry in the established sphere performs the following powers:

- in compliance and in pursuance of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, decisions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the established field of activity performs the following tasks:
a) in the field of employment relationships and level of living of the population:
- in cooperation with the relevant ministries and departments develops offers on the main priority directions of state policy in the field of work and level of living of the population;
- studies, analyzes and estimates condition of level of living of the population;
- develops the measures providing stabilization and increase in level of living of the population on the basis of forming of policy of the income;
- together with the relevant ministries and departments prepares offers on the minimum wages, benefits and grants;
- makes in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan suggestions for improvement of system of compensation payments, privileges, and also on protection of the income of the population against inflation;
- develops methodical recommendations about determination to calculation of size of subsistence minimum of various social and demographic national groups, perfroms its calculation, and also examination of calculations of subsistence minimum;
- in cooperation with the relevant ministries and departments prepares suggestions for improvement of system of social partnership, performs methodical management of the conclusion of regional agreements, industry (cross-industry), collective agreements, promotes settlement of collective employment disputes, on the problems which are within the competence of the Ministry;
- develops and submits for approval in relevant organ and conducts in accordance with the established procedure the nation-wide qualifier of professions of workers and positions of workers;
- registers and provides control over the implementation of regional and industry (tariff) agreements on social and economic and employment relationships;
