The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expresses unconditional support to the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming, to faces of the private and the commanding structure and other employees of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine who carry out obligations on protection of independence, of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and are effective in protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will make all necessary for legal and social protection of all military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming, faces of the private and the commanding structure and other employees of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine which are involved in anti-terrorist operation as combatants on protection of the Fatherland, and their families.
The parliament of Ukraine addresses all state bodies of the power and local government bodies to provide the maximum support to participants of anti-terrorist operation on protection of territorial integrity and sovereignty of the country, protection of civilians of east and southeast areas of Ukraine.
We call citizens of Ukraine who want to join during this tough time armed forces of Ukraine, National guard of Ukraine and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
