1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics on liquidation of the state company "Centru de Elaborare a Sistemelor Industriale de Dirijare" (CESID), mun. Chisinau; state company "Shop No. 13 "Ceasuri", mun. Chisinau; state company "Sectorul autogestional de reclama si montaj", mun. Chisinau; state company "Combinatul de alimentatie al studentilor", mun. Belts.

2. Provide to the Ministry of Economics liquidation of the specified companies according to provisions of the current legislation.

3. In appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 690 of November 13, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economics, structure and extreme number of its central office" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art.
