Due to the adoption of the Federal Law of April 2, 2014 "About features of functioning of financial system of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol for transition period" I order to No. 37-FZ:

1. To department across the Republic of Crimea of the Central bank of the Russian Federation, Department on Sevastopol of the Central bank of the Russian Federation to accept information and documents directed by the banks registered in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and (or) in the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol and the banks operating in the territory of the Republic of Crimea and (or) in the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol (further - banks), according to Item 5 of part 1 of article 3 of the Federal Law of April 2, 2014 No. 37-FZ "About features of functioning of financial system of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol for transition period" (further - the Federal Law) for continuation of the activities till January 1, 2015.

2. Recommend to banks to use form of the information letter sent to the Bank of Russia according to Item 5 of part 1 of article 3 of the Federal Law (appendix to this order).

3. Data on change of information and the documents directed according to Item 5 of part 1 of article 3 of the Federal Law direct banks within 10 calendar days following behind day of changes.
