2. Establish the extreme number of employees of the Agency of melioration and irrigation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 81 units (without service personnel), including central office in number of 46 units (without service personnel) from which to make financing of 7 units of central office at the expense of special means of the Agency.
3. Permit the Agency of melioration and irrigation to have under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan 3 deputy directors of the Agency, including the one first deputy and board as a part of 5 people. Establish for the Agency of melioration and irrigation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan limit of office cars in number of 8 units, including for central office of 3 units.
