According to Item 3 of the Procedure and the direction of use of the means received as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2013 No. 300, to Item 6 of the Procedure of control of the remuneration payment to authors of technologies and/or their components approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 22, 2013 No. 351, and for the purpose of control in the directions of use of the means received as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget, both by remuneration payment to authors of such technologies and to persons who perform their transfer of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) form No. 1 "Data of the organization - developer of technologies about the referrals of use of means got as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget and remuneration payment to authors of such technologies";

2) form No. 2 "Data of public authority, National academy of Sciences of Ukraine and national industry academy of Sciences on the referrals of use of means got as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget and remuneration payment to authors of such technologies";

3) the Instruction for filling of form No. 1 "Data of the organization - developer of technologies about the referrals of use of means got as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget and remuneration payment to authors of such technologies" and forms No. 2 "Data of public authority, National academy of Sciences of Ukraine and national industry academy of Sciences on the referrals of use of means got as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget and remuneration payment to authors of such technologies".

2. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine annually till May 15 representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of reporting information on the directions of use of the means received as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget, information on remuneration payment to authors of such technologies and to persons who perform their transfer, public authorities, National academy of Sciences of Ukraine and national industry academies of Sciences in form No. 2 and information and analytical note on the specified question.

3. To department of scientific activities and licensing (Yakimenko A. V.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
