About establishment of retail prices on the natural gas used for needs of the population
According to the Law of Ukraine "About bases of functioning of the natural gas market", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power" to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 01, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for housing and communal services" and of March 25, 2014 No. 81 "About enhancement of state policy of price regulation on natural gas and rates for heat energy and ensuring strengthening of social protection of the population in case of payment of housing and communal services" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power decides No. 1059:
1. Establish retail prices on the natural gas used for needs of the population (are applied).
2. For requirements of the population pgt Solotvino of the Transcarpathian region, uses natural gas directly from the Solotvinsky field, the retail prices on the natural gas used for needs of the population established according to Item 1 of this resolution less the value added tax, collection in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on natural gas for subjects of managing of all patterns of ownership, rates for transportation services, to distribution and supply of natural gas on regulated rate, are applied taking into account 0,8 coefficient.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of price and tariff policy of oil and gas complex submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. The resolution becomes effective since May 01, 2014, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
