About measures for the organization of activities and forming of material and technical resources of university of Inkh in Tashkent

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 24, 2014 "About creation of University of Inkh in the city of Tashkent" and for the purpose of creation of material and technical resources of University of Inkh in Tashkent (further - University) the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-2155:

1. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan to implement to University:

building and constructions, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Ziyolilar, No. 9, with the adjacent territory and engineering communications - on market value;

object of construction in progress, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Ziyolilar, No. 13a, with the adjacent territory and engineering communications - at utilization cost, taking into account further compensation of difference between market and utilization project cost in accordance with the established procedure.

2. To provide to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition:

in a month at the expense of means of JSC Uzbektelekom value assessment of the implementable objects specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

according to the procedure of exception, the direction into the special account of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan of means from realization of the objects specified in Item 1 of this resolution (except the means left according to the legislation at the disposal of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition), for subsequent target use on upgrade of the Main library of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also on strengthening scientific and material and technical resources of scientific institutions of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, acquisition of the modern high-technology scientific equipment.

3. Determine by designing, reconstruction and construction of complex of buildings of University:

the customer of works - JSC Uzbektelekom;

the general project organization - JSC Uzogirsanoatloyikha;

general contract organization - Construction integration of Administration of the Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Permit the customer, according to the procedure of exception, perform till October 1, 2014 reconstruction of the building and constructions of University with parallel development of the design estimates.

4. In a month to provide to academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and khokimiyat of Tashkent re-deployment of Institute of languages and literature of Alisher Navoiy, Institute of history and publishing house of Fanns to the building, at the address: Tashkent, st. of Shakhrisabz, 5.

5. To khokimiyat of Tashkent in week time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on withdrawal of the additional parcels of land for needs of University.

6. Determine that use of the building of the Main library of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan by University, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Ziyolilar, 13a, is performed on a grant basis.

7. To provide to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction in accordance with the established procedure conducting state examination of the design estimates on construction and reconstruction of the objects realized to University specified in Item 1 of this resolution and to establish close state architectural and construction supervision behind quality of accomplishment of construction works.

8. To the state committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies and the State committee on architecture and construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with khokimiyat of Tashkent till the end of 2014, taking into account perspective requirements of University to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on expansion of educational complex of University and construction in the nearby territory of new objects, including hostels and creations of conditions for accommodation of the involved foreign specialists.

9. If necessary to allocate to the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan JSC Uzbektelekom according to the design estimates approved in accordance with the established procedure limits of capital investments for completion of reconstruction of complex of buildings of University within the general limits provided within the Investing program for 2014.

10. Approve the Actions plan on the organization of activities of University of Inkh in Tashkent according to appendix.

11. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
