Establish to the military personnel passing military service under the contract and at the call of in bodies of military management and military forming in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol and also the law enforcement officers having special ranks, to the employees of bodies of prosecutor's office replacing positions in the specified bodies and forming in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol on the date of acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol (further - military personnel and employees), since April 1, 2014 in addition to the cash allowance (monetary pay) established by it the monthly allowance.

For the purpose of achievement of compliance of the size of cash allowance (monetary pay) of the military personnel and employees to the size of cash allowance (monetary pay) established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for the corresponding categories of the military personnel and employees, the allowance provided by this Item is subject to step-by-step increase by equal shares till August 1, 2014 according to the procedure, established by federal state bodies.

2. Keep to the military personnel and employees the length of service (service length) estimated (estimated) in accordance with the established procedure on the date of revenues to service in the relevant federal state body.

3. To perform financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree for the account and within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided according to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, Federal Penitentiary Service, the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on implementation of activities in the established sphere.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
