1. Create Department on investments, repair and material security under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Department on investments, repair and material security under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 119 the following amendment:

- to add the scheme of management of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution with line item of the following content:

"Department on investments, repair and material security".

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "Questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 13, 2007 No. 125.

- assistance in performance of works, connected with designing, capital and running repair of objects of education at the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- conclusion of contracts with the project, construction organizations and suppliers of the equipment and construction materials;

- material security equipment and stock of the educational organizations;

- accomplishment of functions of the customer of educational institutions on construction and reconstruction of objects of education due to the involved investments, to carrying out capital and running repair, re-planning, reshaping, material security;

- providing educational institutions with household appliances, electronic equipment, computers and other equipment, fuel (coal, fuel oil, alternative fuel);

- investment attraction for development of infrastructure of education;

- assessment and entering into the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic of recommendations about rational and effective use of the existing educational areas;

- preparation of the list of objects of education, subjects to capital and running repair;

- preparation of offers on development programs of infrastructure of objects of education;

- studying and ensuring requirement of the subordinated organizations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic for material resources.
