The Item of gas station of military unit is in that case provided with technical means according to regulations of providing with the technical means of Items of gas stations of military units and organizations of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation approved by this resolution, depending on the number of the equipment on staff of this military unit without the equipment of separately deployed division.

In case of absence in military unit (except air military units) or organization of gasoline depot and lubricants and stock holding of fuel on Item of gas station ensuring filling with technical means of such Item is performed according to with the technical means of Items of gas stations of military units and organizations of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and regulations of providing with technical means of gasoline depots and lubricants of military units approved by this resolution regulations of providing (except air military units) and organizations of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation concerning gasoline depot and lubricants with a capacity less than 100 cubic meters.
4. Determine that financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on material logistics of internal troops of the Ministry.
