The memorandum of understanding between Ukraine as the Borrower and the European Union as the Creditor, signed on February 25, 2013 in Brussels and on March 26, 2013 in Kiev, and the Credit agreement between Ukraine as the Borrower, the National Bank of Ukraine as the Agent of the borrower and the European Union as the creditor signed on March 26, 2013 in Kiev and on April 16, 2013 in Luxembourg about provision to Ukraine of macrofinancial aid of the European Union in the amount to 610 million euros which become effective from the date of receipt by the European Union of official written reports from Ukraine about accomplishment of interstate procedures, stipulated by the legislation Ukraine, necessary for entry into force for these agreements to ratify (are applied).
