About rehabilitation of persons in pursuance of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights

Article 1. Consider rehabilitated persons who were condemned by courts for making of the crimes provided by Articles 191, of 364, 365 and 367  Criminal codes of Ukraine in the conditions determined by this Law.

Article 2. Operation of this Law extends to persons who were condemned by court during the period from February 1, 2010 to March 1, 2014.

Article 3. Rehabilitations are subject those persons according to whose claims against Ukraine the European Court of Human Rights established violation of article 18 of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms.

Article 4. Persons to whom operation of this Law extends are considered as rehabilitated and are automatically updated in all rights from coming into force of this Law.

Article 5. The sentences pronounced concerning such persons are cancelled by Trial Court which considered case within 10 days from the moment of submission of the corresponding statement by person to which operation of this Law extends.

Article 6. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
