2. Approve updated structure of central office of the Ministry of cases of culture and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

4. Declare invalid the paragraph the fourth Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 5, 2005 No. 96 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of cases of culture and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
5. To the ministry of cases of culture and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Justice and other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic Sh. M. Mirziyoyev.
