According to the subitem 3) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) standard of the state service "Coordination of Permission to the Water Preserving Actions Directed to Prevention of Depletion of Underground Water Objects";

2) standard of the state service "Coordination of the Project Documentation on Carrying Out Drilling and Other Mining Operations, Construction Projects of Communications through Underground Water Objects";

3) standard of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion on Construction, Reconstruction, Operation, Preservation, Liquidation of the Companies and Other Constructions Influencing Condition of Underground Water Objects, and also Intake of Underground Waters Directly from Underground Water Objects in case of Not Centralized Drinking Water Supply";

4) standard of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion to the Application for Participation in Direct Negotiations on the Conclusion of the Construction Contract and (or) Operation of the Underground Constructions Which Are Not Connected with Investigation or Production";

5) standard of the state service "Issue of the Conclusion about Absence or Insignificance of Minerals in Subsoil under the Site of the Forthcoming Building";

Standard of the state service "Coordination of Permission to the Water Preserving Actions Directed to Prevention of Depletion of Underground Water Objects"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Coordination of Permission to the Water Preserving Actions Directed to Prevention of Depletion of Underground Water Objects" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Committee of geology and subsurface use of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through office of the service provider.

2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package to the service provider - no later than 10 (ten) working days;

The most allowed time of expectation constitutes 2) no more than 30 (thirty) minutes;

The most allowed time of servicing of the receiver of the state service constitutes 3) no more than 10 (ten) minutes;

5. Form of the rendered state service - paper.

6. Result of rendering the state service - coordination of permission to the water preserving actions directed to prevention of depletion of underground water objects.

2) the program of the water preserving actions directed to prevention of depletion of underground water objects;

3) for legal entities - notarized the copy of the certificate * or the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the legal entity;

4) for physical persons - the copy of the identity certificate;

when giving by uslugopoluchatel of all necessary documents:

to the service provider (purposely or by mail) - confirmation of adoption of the statement on paper is the mark in its copy about registration in office of the service provider with indication of date and time of acceptance of document package.

3. Procedure for appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye) of the central state body, the service provider and (or) their officials, concerning rendering the state service

Appeal of decisions, actions (bezdeystviye), the service provider and (or) their officials concerning rendering the state services: the claim is submitted addressed to the head of the service provider, or the head of the Ministry, to the address specified in Item 12 of the standard of the state service or addressed to the head of the Ministry of the address: 010000, city of Astana, Prospekt Kabangbai of the batyr, 32/1, building "Transport Tower", No. office 2117, phone: 8 (7172) 24-04-75, 29-08-48.

11. In disagreement cases with results of the rendered state service, the uslugopoluchatel takes a legal action in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
