About re-deployment of military units (divisions), organizations and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine from temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to other regions of Ukraine

Proceeding from need of preserving life, health, providing the rights and legitimate interests of the military personnel, employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming, employees of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine who serve (work) at temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine solved:

1. Recognize reasonable re-deployment of military units (divisions), organizations and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine from temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to other regions of Ukraine.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1) instantly to begin together with the Security Service of Ukraine, Management of the state protection of Ukraine, Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine re-deployment of military units (divisions), organizations and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine with temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to other regions of Ukraine, having provided at the same time social protection of the military personnel and employees of such military units (divisions), organizations and organizations;

2) to provide evacuation from temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol of members of families of the military personnel, employees of military units (divisions), organizations and the organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, government employees and separate categories of citizens of Ukraine who showed willingness to leave temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol;

To perform 3) in accordance with the established procedure urgent measures for the equipment of military camps (places) for placement of military units (divisions), organizations and the organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming which will be relocated from temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to other regions of Ukraine, and also members of families of the military personnel, employees of such military units (divisions), organizations and the organizations;

4) to provide first-priority financing of the mobilization actions performed in pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 17, 2014 No. 303 "About partial mobilization".
