About strengthening of counteraction to raiding
For the purpose of strengthening of protection of the rights of subjects of managing, counteraction to illegal deprivation of the property right, non-admission of use of schemes and methods of raider taking of subjects of managing, occupancy by their property and according to article 112 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide:
1. Recognize necessary acceptances of urgent measures for strengthening of counteraction to raiding and strengthening of protection of the property right.
2. Temporarily performing powers of the Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine to provide:
the collection, the analysis and generalization of information on the facts of violation of the law connected with illegal absorption and taking of subjects of managing, deprivation of the property right, use of courts for raiding and also about the measures taken by authorized bodies for counteraction to such violations;
preparation of suggestions for improvement of mechanisms of counteraction to raiding and strengthenings of protection of the property right.
Temporarily performing powers of the Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine for carrying out the specified work, and also for assistance to approval of actions of law enforcement agencies for counteraction to raiding instantly to create working group, having included employees of executive bodies, law enforcement agencies, People's Deputies of Ukraine, representatives of public associations, independent experts in its structure.
3. Suggest the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine to take immediate measures for strengthening of supervision of compliance with laws concerning counteraction to illegal absorption and taking of subjects of managing, to deprivation of the property right.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
