I. General provisions

1. The federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Education" (further - Academy) is legal successor:

d) decision making about reorganization or liquidation of Academy;

e) implementation of other functions and powers of the founder in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. The ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation performs the following functions and powers of the founder:

a) forming and approval in coordination with the Ministry of Public Education of the Russian Federation of the state task for rendering the state services (performance of works) (further - the state task) according to the core activities provided by this charter;

b) determination of procedure for creation and approval of the plan of financial and economic activities of Academy according to the requirements established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

c) determination of procedure for creation and approval of the report on results of activities of Academy and about use of the property assigned to it according to the general requirements established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

d) establishment of procedure for determination of payment for physical persons and legal entities for the services (works) relating to core activities of Academy, rendered by it over the established state task and also in the cases determined by the Federal Laws within the established state task;
