Article 1

Terminate:

1) Agreements between the Russian Federation and Ukraine on parameters of the Section of the Black Sea Fleet signed in the city of Kiev on May 28, 1997;

2) Agreements between the Russian Federation and Ukraine on the status and conditions of stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the territory of Ukraine signed in the city of Kiev on May 28, 1997;

3) Agreements between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Ukraine on the settlement connected with the Section of the Black Sea Fleet and stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the territory of Ukraine signed in the city of Kiev on May 28, 1997;

4) Agreements between the Russian Federation and Ukraine concerning stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in the territory of Ukraine signed in the city of Kharkiv on April 21, 2010.

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
