About approval of the List of the preclinical and clinical bases having the right of performing preclinical and clinical trials in health care
According to the subitem 5) Item 1 of article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system" of September 18, 2009 and for the purpose of enhancement of process of performing preclinical, clinical trials of medicines, new methods and prophylactics, diagnostics, treatment, and also medical rehabilitation, PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed List of the preclinical and clinical bases having the right of performing preclinical and clinical trials of medicines, new methods and prophylactics, diagnostics, treatments, and also medical rehabilitation according to appendix to this order.
2. To perform the choice of clinical base based on the statement of the customer of clinical trial from the enclosed list.
3. Declare invalid the order of the deputy. Committee of the Chairman on control of quality of medical services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 20, 2006 No. 293 "About approval of the list of the preclinical and clinical bases having the right of performing preclinical and clinical trials and testing of medicines and new methods and prophylactics, diagnostics, treatment and medical rehabilitation".
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Birtanov E. A.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
