To the Ministry of Economics, Gosarkhitektstroy together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make the offers on further development of leasing services in the field of capital construction providing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month:

creation of the Republican specialized company on leasing of the modern construction equipment, machines and mechanisms, means of small-scale mechanization and special transport with branches in all regions of the republic;

sources of financing of acquisition of the new high-productive construction equipment, the machines and mechanisms, means of small-scale mechanization and special transport provided on the terms of leasing and also procedure for rendering leasing services to the construction organizations of all patterns of ownership.

5. Form the Working group on further development and strengthening of material and technical resources of construction contract organizations according to appendix No. 3.

To the working group on further development and strengthening of material and technical resources of construction contract organizations (Zakirov B. I.):

together with Gosarkhitektstroy, the State committee according to the statistics, the State committee on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition of the Republic of Uzbekistan in week time to submit in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for approval Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of construction contract organizations by areas, the cities and areas of the republic;

provide step-by-step introduction of standard structures of construction contract organizations, differentially for large and small enterprises taking into account their capacity and specialization.
