1. Approve enclosed:

1) rules of forming of the database of investors (receivers) on the compulsory pension contributions compulsory for professional pension contributions and the single list of the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) rules of submission by the single accumulation pension fund of The Government for Citizens State corporation of information about prisoners and the pension provision agreements which terminated with investors (receivers) at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions with use of electronic document management according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of social security and social insurance (Kozzhanova M. S.) in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of this order on official publication in mass media within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakupova S. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of forming of the database of investors (receivers) on the compulsory pension contributions compulsory for professional pension contributions and the single list of the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions are developed according to the subitem 5) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2013 "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for forming of the single list of the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions (further - the single list), databases of investors (receivers) on the compulsory pension contributions compulsory for professional pension contributions (further - the database).

The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation) based on received from daily reflected by the single accumulation pension fund (further - ENPF) data on again signed and terminated pension provision agreements at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions, creates the single list and daily updates the database.

3. The single list contains the following personified data on each investor (receiver):

1) surname, name, middle name (in case of its availability), birth date, the birthplace, floor, the residential address, nationality of the investor (receiver);

2) series and document number, proving the identity, date of issue of the specified documents and the name of the body which issued them;

3) about change of number and date of issue of the identity document;

4) about nationality change, opening or closing of pension provision agreements at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions in the single list;

5) about change of details, the status of the investor (receiver).

4. The database, in addition to the personified data on each investor (receiver) specified in Item 3 of these rules contains the following data:

1) about the listed compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions and (or) penalty fee, and also their return according to the established regulatory legal acts;

2) about agents on payment of compulsory professional pension contributions, including the name and the agent's details according to the established regulatory legal acts;

3) about the amount of pension accruals.

5. The state corporation based on the data received from ENPF sends to ENPF the Protocol on inclusion or not inclusion of data on pension provision agreements at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions in the single list (further - the Protocol).

In case of refusal in inclusion of data on pension provision agreements at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions, the Protocol shall contain information on not included pension provision agreements at the expense of compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions with indication of the reason not of inclusion according to the Contract on exchange of information between the State corporation and ENPF.
