On regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine
According to articles 15 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring effective liquidity support of banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Suspend till May 1, 2014 Item 1.6 of the Section I of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 6, 2009 for No. 410/16426 (with changes).
2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Prikhodko B. V.
