According to Item 28 parts one of article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the paragraph of the fifth of part one of article 22 of the Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, part six of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea", considering the conclusion of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the Decision No. 2-rp/2014 of March 14, 2014 on the case of holding local referendum in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on violation by the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Ahead of schedule to stop powers of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

2. To committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the state construction and local self-government to make offers on purpose of early elections in the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

3. This Resolution becomes effective from the moment of its acceptance.
