About approval of rates of the excise tax on the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" and article 200 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, for the purpose of enhancement of rates of the excise tax, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Establish rates of the excise tax on the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2005, No. 126 "About rates of the excise tax on the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan".

4. Enact this resolution since March 1, 2014.
