About ensuring safety of documentary heritage of the President of Turkmenistan, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan
This Law determines the legal basis of the organization of completing, storage, accounting, use of documentary heritage of the President of Turkmenistan, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
The documentary heritage of the President of Turkmenistan, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, including private archives, is especially valuable national property of the Turkmen state and the people, is under jurisdiction of the state and is contributed on permanent storage to Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan in structure of the Head archive department (further – Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan).
The documents and materials relating on the origin and content to structure of Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan cannot be documents and materials of private archives of citizens.
In structure of documentary heritage of the President of Turkmenistan, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan irrespective of the place and time of formation of documents and materials, their accessories to individuals or the companies, organizations and the organizations enter:
1) originals of regulatory legal acts, including decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of Turkmenistan, the resolution and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, and also the managerial documentation, office correspondence postponed in clerical work of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan;
2) documents and materials about life and activities of the President of Turkmenistan and the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan respectively before election and appointment to these state posts concentrated in different archives and funds of the companies, organizations and the organizations, public associations;
