Part 1 of Article 4 to add 1) with Item 14 of the following content:
"14) restrictions of increase in the amount of the payment for utilities brought by citizens.";
Item 10.1 of Article 12 to state 2) in the following edition:
"10. 1) methodical ensuring establishment of need of carrying out capital repairs of common property for the apartment house;";
Article 13 to add 3) with Items 8.3 and 8.4 of the following content:
"8. 3) determination of procedure for establishment of need of carrying out capital repairs of common property for the apartment house;
8. 4) implementation of monitoring of limiting application (maximum) indexes of change of the amount of the payment for utilities brought by citizens;";
4) in Article 20:
a) part 1 after the words "regional operator)" to add with words "violations of restrictions of change of the amount of the payment for utilities brought by citizens,";
b) in part 4.2 the first offer to add with words ", about the violation facts in limiting scope (maximum) indexes of change of the amount of the payment for utilities brought by citizens";
