Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Standard scheme of the organization of the omission through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan of persons, vehicles, freights and goods at air (aviation) check points (further - the Standard scheme) determines the scheme of the organization of the omission when implementing by divisions of monitoring bodies of boundary, customs, sanitary and quarantine, quarantine phytosanitary, state veterinary health control and/or supervision (further - monitoring bodies), and also actions of air services concerning persons, aircrafts, freights and goods crossing Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Frontier) at air (aviation) check points (further - check points).

3. Boundary, customs and other types of control of aircrafts are performed on parking of the aircrafts determined by administration of the airport in coordination with division of border control of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - division of border control).
