1. Liquidate the Republican state state company "National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Kulyash Bayseitovoy" of Committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Declare invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 22, 2000 No. 114 "About opening of JSC Orda Opera and ballet theater in Astana" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 3, the Art. 41);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 2000 No. 507 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 22, 2000 No. 114" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 18, Art. 190 - 191);
3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2000 No. 1048 "About opera and ballet theater in the city of Astana" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 28, the Art. 351).
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
