For the purpose of settlement, connected with provision of services of mobile radiotelephone communication, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service", being guided by article 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering services of mobile radiotelephone communication.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
