2. To provide to committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (A. Esmagambetov) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to department of legal service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (D. Asainov) in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2) organizations of primary, main secondary and general secondary education;

3) children's homes, the organizations of education for orphan children and children without parental support, the centers of adaptation of minors;

4) residential organizations, boarding houses, madrasah, shelters;

5) children's improving and sanatorium objects (seasonal, year-round);

6) objects for production, storage and sales of products for children and teenagers (footwear, clothes, toys);

7) the objects of public catering and trade located in the organizations of preschool education and training, the organizations of education for children - orphans and children without parental support, the centers of adaptation the minor, residential organizations, boarding houses, madrasah, shelters;
