About additional measures for support of the International non-governmental charity foundation "Sogl авлод учун"

For the purpose of creation of additional terms for active participation of the International non-governmental charity foundation "Sogl авлод учун" in the solution of the tasks directed to strengthening of health of mother and child, forming in family of healthy lifestyle and education of healthy generation in the republic and also in connection with the announcement of 2014 "Year of the healthy child" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that the most important tasks of the International non-governmental charity foundation "Sogl авлод учун" (further - Fund) are:

coordination of efforts of the public and the government institutions directed to forming of the healthy and harmoniously developed younger generation taking into account international experience;

the organization of broad promotion among the population is more whole also than contents of the social programs of the state directed to strengthening of health of mother and child, strengthening of role of family in forming and education of healthy generation;

humanitarian assistance to the needing segments of the population, first of all, to large families, women, disabled people, handicapped children and pupils of children's homes, houses of Mekhribonlik, persons living in houses nursing homes Sakhovat and Muruvvat, specialized educational institutions;

further development and every possible assistance in strengthening of material and technical resources of the perinatal centers, screening centers, rehabilitation centers, obstetrical, pediatric treatment-and-prophylactic and other organizations;

strengthening of preventive measures and increase in reliability of protection of the population against viral and infectious diseases, works on rehabilitation, prevention and prevention of disability, assistance in strengthening of material and technical resources of organizations of oncological, antitubercular service and other services, forming of effective system of scheduled maintenance, early identification and treatment of socially important diseases;

development and deepening of international cooperation in health protection of mother and the child, education of healthy generation;

carrying out active work on attraction and accumulation of charitable gifts of legal entities and physical persons within implementation of social programs of the state.

2. Agree with:

structure of the Board of trustees of the International non-governmental charity foundation "Sogl авлод учун" according to appendix No. 1;

organizational structure of the International non-governmental charity foundation "Sogl авлод учун", structure of Board of the International non-governmental charity foundation "Sogl авлод учун" with extreme number of 21 unit and its territorial branches according to appendices No. No. 2 - 4;

Regulations on the International non-governmental charity foundation "Sogl авлод учун" according to appendix No. 5.

3. Take into consideration that the main money of Fund is created for the account:

charitable gifts of legal entities and physical persons;

grants from the foreign and international organizations, foreign states;

entrepreneurial incomes of Fund, and also the organizations founded by it for the purpose of the solution of the tasks set for Fund;

other receipts which are not prohibited by the legislation.

4. Determine that:

content of the office of Board of Fund and its territorial branches is performed by own fund;

operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 2009 No. 102 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for transfer to lease of state-owned property" does not extend to the state-owned property which is under authority of Fund on the right of free use.

5. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent to render on permanent basis effective assistance to territorial branches of Fund in the solution of its authorized tasks.

Recommend to Charity public foundation of Uzbekistan of Makhall, the Union of youth of Uzbekistan, Scientific practically to the research center under the Cabinet of Ministers, to Committee of women of Uzbekistan and other non-state non-profit organizations actively to interact with Fund in ensuring realization of its authorized tasks.

6. Agree with the offers of Fund and Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

about bringing to eight units of the number of staff of workers of portable crews of the medico-public assistance of Fund;

about distribution on health workers of portable crews of the medico-public assistance of Fund of procedure for establishment of the allowance for duration of the years of service of continuous work operating for district doctors and nurses of out-patient and polyclinic organizations;

about payment of traveling expenses to the workers of portable crews of the medico-public assistance of Fund leaving to the rural zone.

7. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to allocate additional assignments for maintenance of portable crews of the medico-public assistance of Fund and to annually provide necessary assignments to Fund within the means provided on content of healthcare institutions.

8. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 6.

Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 7.

9. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov and E. I. Basitkhanova.
