1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Holding Qualification Examination and Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for the Occupation Right Activities of the Private Legal Executive".

2. To committee on execution of court resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Eshmagambetov Zh. B.):

1) to provide state registration of this order;

2) after state registration of this order to provide its official publication and placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee on execution of court resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Eshmagambetov Zh. B.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Holding Qualification Examination and Licensing, Renewal, Issue of Duplicates of the License for the Occupation Right Activities of the Private Legal Executive"

1. General provisions

1. The state service appears Committee on execution of court resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider), including through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz or the E-litsenzirovaniye web portal of www.elicense.kz (further - the portal).

2. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (partially automated).

Result of rendering the state service - the decision of the qualification commission on passing of qualification examination (minutes abstract of the qualification commission about not passing of qualification examination), the license, renewal, the duplicate of the license for the occupation right activities of the private legal executive or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in electronic form certified by the digital signature (further - the EDS) the authorized person of the service provider.

9) lock of "the electronic government" (further - ShEP) - the information system intended for integration of information systems of "the electronic government" within realization of electronic services;

10) the digital signature (further - the EDS) - set of electronic digital symbols created by means of the digital signature and confirming reliability of the electronic document, its accessory and invariance of content.

2. The description of operations procedure of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

6. Process of rendering the state service consists of procedures (actions) according to appendix 1 to these regulations:

1) process 1 - documents acceptance for rendering the state service, provided by uslugopoluchatel (or his representative by proxy);

2) process 2 - registration of a statement in ASUKIP and magazine of registration of incoming correspondence;

3) process 3 - input of login and the password (authorization) in IS GBD "E-licensing";
