About measures for streamlining of occupation security activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Accept offers of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on measures for further streamlining of occupation security activities.

2. Prohibit since February 1, 2014 occupation the non-state organizations and physical persons security activities and rendering services in safety of other legal entities and physical persons.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the Ministry of Justice, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent to carry out inventory count in a month and to reveal the non-state organizations and the physical persons who are engaged in security activities and rendering services in safety of other legal entities and physical persons, to take the measures for the termination of activities and their liquidation established by the legislation.

4. According to the statistics to provide to national guard, the State Tax Committee and the State committee efficient control of non-admission and tough suppression of attempts of organization and functioning of the non-state organizations for provision of services in the field of protection of citizens and legal entities, their property.

5. Determine that bodies of the public and economic board, the legal entities who are their part and also state-financed organizations for providing access control and protection of property use services of exclusively Head department of protection of National guard on contractual basis.

Recommend to other legal entities and physical persons using services of the non-state organizations which were engaged in security activities sign agreements on rendering security services with Head department of protection of National guard.

6. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs in a month:

together with the Ministry of Finance and Goskomkonkurention to develop and approve the standard agreement, and also to review rates on rendering security services by the Republican combining "Protection" under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, meaning ensuring availability and price acceptability;

develop and provide complex of the necessary organizational and technical measures aimed at providing rendering security services on contractual basis to legal entities to the Cabinet of Ministers.

7. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the interested ministries and departments to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and the Minister of Internal Affairs A. A. Akhmedbayev.
